Buying Guides
Sizing mistakes are the single biggest reason online fashion orders get returned. None of it is complicated once you build the habit — here's what actually helps.
Don't rely on the size you remember buying two years ago. Bodies change, and so do brands' size charts. Take five minutes with a soft tape measure and note your chest/bust, waist, hips, and — for shoes — your foot length in centimetres. Our size and fit guide walks through exactly where to measure.
On a curated storefront like ours, different pieces come from different suppliers, so sizing isn't perfectly identical across the whole range. The general size chart on our site is a solid starting point, but the size chart on the individual Amazon listing is the one to trust for that specific item.
When a listing or review says a piece "runs small," that means: size up from your usual measurement-based size. It's not a suggestion — it reflects real buyer experience and is worth acting on rather than ignoring.
Customer photos on a product page tell you more than the product shots alone. If several reviewers with a similar build mention sizing the same way, treat that as more reliable than the size chart on its own.
If you're between two sizes or buying something with an unusual fit (structured blazers, fitted eveningwear), it's faster to ask than to guess. We're happy to give a straight recommendation if you send us the product link and your measurements.
Check our full size guide before you order, or email us your measurements directly.
